FORMA Studio respects the intellectual property rights of designers and creators.
What we make
Our collection includes original pieces developed by FORMA Studio, alongside pieces designed by independent designers whose work we print, finish and deliver. We are a printing studio as much as a design one, and we think it matters that the difference is visible rather than blurred.
Credit
Where a piece was designed by someone other than FORMA Studio, we name the designer on that product's page and, where a public listing exists, link to the original model. Where a piece is our own, we say so. If a product page shows no designer, it means we have not yet finished recording that information — not that the design is ours.
Licensing
Designs published on platforms such as MakerWorld and Printables carry licences, and those licences differ. Some permit commercial sale with attribution; others permit personal printing only. We are working through our catalogue to record the licence attached to every piece we offer.
Where we cannot confirm that a design may be sold commercially, the piece is withdrawn from sale until we have written permission from its designer or have obtained a commercial licence.
If you are a designer and would prefer that we did not offer a piece of yours — or would like the credit worded differently — tell us and we will act on it. We would rather hear from you directly than not at all.
If you believe your rights have been infringed
Please contact us with the name of the product, a link to your original design, and confirmation that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act for them. We will investigate promptly, and we will remove the listing from sale while we do so.

Where a product name refers to xBloom, it does so only to describe which machine the piece is compatible with. The same applies to any other brand named on this site.
